Return, Shipping, & Privacy Policies
-RETURN INFORMATION/ POLICY:
Please correct your shipping address before payment. We are not responsible for your item(s) being shipped to the wrong address. The item(s) being returned must have the original receipt, tags attached, unworn, unwashed, & in the same condition as received (meaning no make up stains, no perfume or other odors, or altered in any way). Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be refunded. We happily accept returns within 14 days of delivery date confirmation or when the item arrived in store if you pick up. You will receive your refund in the same way in which you paid or you may receive a store credit that does not expire if you prefer minus the shipping cost. You will be responsible for shipping back an item that does not work out.
All sale items discounted 50% or more are FINAL sale!
We ship all in stock items by the next business day. Some items are pre-purchase items & will have an in-stock date listed in the description. You will receive an emailed tracking number as soon as postage has been printed for your order. We send packages via USPS.
Packages are generally delivered within 3-5 business days from being shipped.
We are not responsible for packages that are marked as non-deliverable due to the address being incorrect from what was entered at checkout . If there was a mistake on the buyer's part, addition shipping costs will be required for the package to be sent to a new address.
